As the Urology Strategic Account Manager (UroSAM), Prostate Cancer, you will lead the account management and demand driving activities for the targeted radioligand therapy (RLT) Prostate Cancer product portfolio within your assigned territory, including diagnostic and therapeutic products.

You will be responsible for ensuring customer stakeholder relationship management, establishment and coordination of RLT treatment site, and demand generation and pull-through in collaboration with Diagnostic Account Specialists, Radioligand Therapy Specialists, and other internal cross-functional partners in support of the AAA portfolio.

General responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for business ownership of prescribing and referring physicians: primary owner of demand driving relationships and creation & execution of business plans for territory to include delivery of disease education on diagnostic and therapeutic, product value propositions, treatment protocols and implementing customer programs as appropriate
• Results: achieving sales targets for assigned products, diagnostic utilization, budget management, account access, key account coverage, activity reporting, volume growth, training, and compliance
• Develop, grow, and manage key customer relationships and partnerships with target customer accounts across account stakeholders including healthcare professionals, practice managers, pharmacy managers, and nuclear medicine technologists that will move the business forward and strengthen our partnerships.
• Setup, coordinate and align Urology treating accounts and customer stakeholders to ensure efficient approval, care coordination, delivery, and reimbursement of AAA products (pull-through) for patients referred within and from outside treating accounts
• Identify new treatment account potentials and work cross-functionally to prioritize and onboard the account
• Address account needs and challenges and provide solutions through direct interaction and coordination of internal resource experts across functions, within compliance guidelines
• Be an account expert; exhibit a high level of business acumen, analytical approach, and product knowledge
• This is a Remote position. The current geography is National, US
