Job Description

This position works in close collaboration with medical franchises to strive digital transformation for maximal efficiency, quality. Lead the digital projects in collaboration with medical franchises in order to deliver on time, relevant and impactful solution, immersion of digital transformation. Deliver excellence in execution, with focus on digital transformation.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop digital strategy and build digital solutions to enhance customer engagement as well as maximize the MSL contribution to Medical activities.
• Develop the PMA digital strategy
• Establish a Medical omni-channel engagement model in collaboration with global digital leadership.
• Establish a Medical omni-channel innovation practice in PMA to partner with IT team to evaluate and implement the omni-channel solutions that supports business needs and enables customer engagement.
• Collaborate with global digital leadership to design and execute an insight-driven omni-channel strategy consistent with medical strategies.
• Develop key performance metrics for omni-channel engagement model.

Lead the Digital Immersion for PMA
• Lead improving/reinforcing the digital literacy and capabilities for MSL/MSE in collaboration with Capability Building Team.

Ensure compliance
• Ensure all activities of associates comply with company standards and local regulations
• Ensure adequate reporting of adverse events / technical complaint / compliance issue in accordance with company procedures.
• 100% timely delivery of all training requirements including compliance.
