Job Description

Over the past 12 months, our medicines and therapies have treated over 63,000 patients living with cancer in Japan. We are dedicated to transforming our business in the oncology market to deliver unprecedented value and experience to patients, societies, and customers. The Head of Business Excellence will play a crucial role in planning and implementing new customer engagement models to further our journey to reimagine medicine.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Lead to plan and implement new customer engagement models and Next Generation Engagement (NGE).
• Enhance data and digital strategy to provide better patient and customer experiences.
• Strengthen the process launch readiness in cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration.
• Build organizational capability of Launch Excellence, Marketing Excellence, Sales Excellence and other business critical skills so that associates can provide values to the society.
• Continuously improve sales operation models and sales force effectiveness to deliver business performance.
• Advocate innovative initiatives which contribute to addressing social issues.
• Lead to foster a strong patient-centric culture in OBU.
• Build a culture of cross-functional collaboration and develop future talent who will lead OBU business.
• Ensure strong implementation of compliance and assure appropriate quality management set by regulations
• Ensure all activities of associates comply with company standards and local regulations
• Ensure adequate reporting of adverse events / technical complaint / compliance issue in accordance with company procedures
• 100% timely delivery of all training requirements including compliance
