QA Manager Training and Documentation (f/m/d), Tyrol, Kundl, Austria

Take the chance for a role in Central Quality Functions coordinating the campus Kundl/Schaftenau for your responsibilities as QA Manager for training and documentation. Manage the campus strategy and interact with global colleagues all over the world.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for globally initiated tasks for training and document management
• Define training strategy on campus
• Rollout of global Document management projects
• Collaboration in ensuring constant compliance with legal and official requirements/ GMP
• Controlling, monitoring further development of the training quality system
• Expert and author of topic-specific procedures and instructions
• Representation of the site in the global networks
• Participation in and collaboration in inspections by the authorities and customer audits
• Reporting on local and global KPIs

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• University degree (pharmacy, chemistry, biology, etc.)
• Languages: Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Experience: Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the training area
• Enjoyment of independent and team-oriented work
• Strong communication skills

Desirable requirements:
• Experience in project management

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 52.204,04/year (on a full time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
