Job Description

~6,300 APMA colleagues across 31 countries – together with you, we are unified in our determination to increase access to innovative medicines and drive bold solutions for patients, healthcare professionals and healthcare systems across the region.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• In close collaboration with Patient Advocacy, Medical, Commercial, Patient Access and other functions, drive the CVD public affairs agenda and strategy in the APMA region
• Identify specific policy issues within the APMA region related to disease, product launches and access approaches
• Contribute to/lead the creation/adaptation of global/regional tools and messages for CVD, with focus on HF and ASCVD, to suit the needs of the APMA markets, and execute in collaboration with regional heads and advanced countries
• Lead Public Affairs activities in population health and novel access approaches in selected markets
• Build partnerships/programs/policy alliances in the region and in the advanced markets to support policy development in the disease area
• Build relationships with key stakeholders relevant to the disease area
• Author briefings and speaking notes, as required
• Support capability building within APMA Public Affairs

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• A minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry
• Public Affairs/Market Access experience in a pharmaceutical preferred
• Public Affairs Pharmaceutical product launch support
• Fluent in English
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
