Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Implementation of the Learning and capability building strategic goals within a dedicated client group.
• Support Learning partners in the implementation of key learning processes and initiatives, aimed at building organizational capability
• Support the budget planning discussions. Prepare, review and track Learning and capability building budget effectively.
• In partnership with the Novartis Learning Institute (NoLI) ), establish and drive continuous evolution of the Target Operating Model for learning at Novartis to meet current and future needs, identifying, understanding and streamlining process and activity across learning teams.
• Lead the change management activities surrounding the deployment or enhancement of the processes in the portfolio, including coordinating end user training, sharing executive updates and highlights
• Collaborate with the Head of Learning Insights & Analytics, P&O Analytics to establish and maintain the global learning dashboard’s incorporating various data sources (Learning, financial, procurement, etc.) to enable the NLC leadership team make agile and impactful data driven decisions.
• Work with the PMO team and Finance to accurately define and report savings and productivity targets that aligns to our broad learning strategies
• Independently monitor achievements of the projects as well as completion. Assists Head of Operational Excellence on larger process improvement projects across units and functions.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role

• Collaborating across boundaries, New Product Innovation, Problem solving Data analytics Consulting.
• Partner with the SPEX Operational Excellence and P&O Learning Operations, to drive Learning Operational Excellence standards and initiatives including the establishment of a roadmap to drive global process maturity across.
• Collaborate with other People and Organization (P&O) OpEx Heads, P&O People Analytics team to drive consistency in approach.

• Green/Black belt certified
