We are hiring for Cell for Cure, our industrial platform located in Les Ulis, a Service Integration Expert.

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Act as point of contact to ensure integration of local and/or global infrastructure service for relevant IT functional area, COE, GDC or Tech Ops site(s).
• Collaborate and communicate with IT Function Site teams and Application Managers to align infrastructure related priorities and ensure smooth service operations and execution. Manage stakeholder expectations and monitor service levels.
• Support timely resolution of incidents related to IT Function /GDC /TechOps sites and ensure normal services are restored as quickly as possible and adverse impact on operations is minimized.
• Support execution of local and /or global infrastructure projects and ensure hand over into operational support. Support the collection of customer requirements and feedback for the design and optimization of specific infrastructure services; ensure requirements of IT Functions adhere to global infrastructure services and that infrastructure standards, global policies, and guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with ATM and Application Managers on infrastructure relevant topics (e.g. end of life software) and support initiatives to improve data quality of systems of record.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Expert understanding of business process analysis & design and system architecture
• Proven track record in managing relationships with business customers
• Continuous Learning, Knowledge Development

• Interpersonal and organizational Savvy

Desirable requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure services and application management
• 5+ years of experience in GxP / validation field of Pharma Industry
