This new and exciting role will offer you the chance to work with sales management and marketing colleagues to develop and expand the omnichannel selling approach, acting as a catalyst and role model for growth and expansion across Sandoz

Your focus will be to consistently deliver defined commercial objectives set through strategic planning process and deliver through a process of advanced Key Account Management (KAM) via omnichannel solutions.
An emphasis in the role will be put on maintaining and growing relationships at all levels, particularly focusing on senior management or executive levels to create a network of key advocates across different specialties working in a hybrid face to face and digital environment.

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Engaging with HCPs at all levels, utilising a variety of omni-channel marketing approaches
• Supporting the omnichannel strategy by working closely with marketing in the targeting and segmentation of the digital activities.
• Supporting the execution of digital/omni-channel plans with online and offline customers
• Driving the local implementation of guidelines and pathways
• Continuously trying to develop your understanding of the value of the omnichannel approach and why it helps to improve customer experience
• Developing bottom up key account plans, implementing tactical & long term business planning to support the delivery of assigned KPIs
• Increasing Clinical Experience amongst KOLs and establishing national advocacy
• Mapping of Potential National Clinical Advocates, Endorsers and Early Adopters
• Developing a Strategic OIC and Educational plan for Trust Clinicians and Primary Care.
• Looking outside the Novartis/Sandoz organization for case studies and examples of best practice from both pharma/life sciences and other sectors.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Educated to degree level in business or science subject
• Full ABPI qualification needed
• Proven success in a high performance culture
• Strong commercial experience of pharmaceuticals in primary or secondary care, specifically launch products

Desirable requirements:
• Experience rolling out guidelines/pathways preferred
• Knowledge of the NHS & Pharma industry
• Experience within the UK originator commercial environment is preferred
• Proven success in an omnichannel environment, delivering on digital KPIs
