Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage, mentor and train junior quality control specialists in the team and to maintain employee retention and quality standards
• Be hands-on with quality checks for complex projects or functional testing as per the project requirement/capacity constraints
• Responsible for the quality of the multichannel digital content delivered to customers
• The QM will work as part of a team to do the requirement analysis, planning, build, and deliver projects using best practices, ensuring a client's business needs are met.
• Ensuring team’s output quality to suit their purpose .
• Ensure deliverables for quality and accuracy in Quality assurance
• Responsible for Quality dashboards and metrics and publishing KPI reports for services.
• Should be customer service oriented.
