Reporting to Chief Scientific Officer, this role will have opportunity to demonstrate scientific project management skills and leadership capability to simplify processes and facilitate implementation of innovative platforms, digital tools and new initiatives.

The focus of the position will be to facilitate the implementation of medical projects and events in line with medical strategy and in accordance with applicable regulations, codes of conduct and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and to help promote effective engagement with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) by utilizing innovative plat-forms, planning tools and capability building initiatives

Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop aligned strategic plans for the efficient dissemination of scientific information in pre and post product launch phases in accordance to internal policies and regulations
• Support the development and the preparation of scientific events by collaborating with project owners to ensure that scientific and logistic considerations are adhering to internal and external regulations, the overall scope and objective of the project.
• Contribute to the optimization of strategic portfolio prioritization and management across franchises
• Define field medical excellence best practices and prepare monthly reports in appropriate format for presentation
• Ensure standard methodology sharing and project implementation across therapeutic areas, based on commonalities between similar projects.
• Identify alignments across therapeutic area and create opportunities for joint value creation and implementation.
• Act as a main point of contact with Global Governance Office to establish and maintain governance standards and local oversight (e.g. policies, guidelines, processes, tools) for the respective governance programs
• Collaborate closely with regulatory, compliance, legal and other cross-functional partners to establish standards for medical team, based on internal policies, local regulations and IPHA code by providing appropriate oversight and leadership.
• As a subject matter expert, provide advice and training for global and local procedures.
• Raise issues and constrains related to the implementation of global standards to the respective Global Governance team
