Novartis continues to accelerate its growth in the digital world. As part of our continued growth we're hiring a Data Engagement Lead within our Data & AI Customer & Technology Solutions team.

In this role, you'll be the engagement manager for data related efforts for a domain or set of domains. Our Data Engagement Lead will partner with Enterprise Data Owners to support their data programs and progress toward achievements at Enterprise level.

You'll act as the translator of business requirements to Data demand and be a key interface and partner not only to domains or Enterprise Data Owners, but also to the world outside.

Your Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Being primarily responsible for driving program management, financial control and portfolio support

- Implementing change in partnership with central change teams (if any)

- Driving Enterprise knowledge management for domains in scope

- Supporting communication alongside central communication teams

- Translating domain needs into tangible demand requirements

- Partnering with Master Data Management and Data Quality Leads to drive key programs and reporting

Minimum Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Masters in a quantitative discipline, Ph.D. highly preferred (e.g. Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, bioinformatics, epidemiology and Statistics or another relevant field
• 8+ years in sophisticated program management role, preferably leading large multi-functional, cross country teams
• Experience working in technology, data and analytics teams
• Strong financial management background. Should have managed budgets, financial forecasting, economic modelling and fiscal controls
• Proven leadership expertise with demonstrable ability to influence without authority and solid time management, coordination & facilitation, and organizational skills
• Good understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Proficiency in English (oral & written)
