The Business Insight Lead for our Oncology business unit will work closely with the global and country franchise teams to design strategic and tactical research plans to address business questions, inform product strategy and support LCM/portfolio planning.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Lead the development of all market research and CI initiatives that help to inform product launch and growth strategies.
• Identify business meaningful customer/patient insight through primary/secondary market researches and other data sources (pre & post launch).
• Apply qualitative and quantitative research methodology to inform key business decisions.
• Presenting insights to country franchise teams, cross-functional teams, and senior management.
• Responsible for reporting & data consolidation and delivery - manages and co-ordinates delivery and utilization of market research, competitive intelligence, secondary data (IQVIA, etc).
• Provide insights to inform critical business decisions, support the development of accurate forecasts, and help identify potential drivers of revenue.
• Develop annual market research and CI plans to address informational needs and support strategic business decisions. Lead and support annual business planning and forecasting.
• Develop, present and provide reports, market analysis for pipeline products or new business opportunities as requested.
• Effectively manage vendor relationships. Effectively market research & CI budget.
• Manage and control market research according to POP related procedures/P3.
• Quality management responsibility:
- Ensure adequate reporting of adverse events / technical complaint / compliance issue in accordance with company procedures
- 100% timely delivery of all training requirements including compliance

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• A University level (bachelors) degree in relevant subject/MBA preferred
• Japanese: Fluent / English: Business level (TOEIC score 800 and above) preferred
• 5+ years in marketing or business intelligence related experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Solid aspiration to lead strategic planning
• Significant experience in business analysis
• Strong organizational and project management skills with logical thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
