Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
• Ensure implementation of effective marketing plan in line with group strategy, including operational plans appropriate to life cycle of brand to optimize return. Identify opportunities for life cycle management.
• Providing analysis to support Business Development
• Acting as disease area champion to create focus, alignment and enthusiasm both internally and with external customers and agencies and continuously updating knowledge of therapy, product and market.
• Delivery of sales targets.
• Developing a comprehensive set of sales forecast scenarios and sensitivity analyses for disease area brands.
• Leading commercial excellence and digital implementation within the field customer interactions of the Franchise.
• Prioritizing appropriate targeting, positioning and messaging across all customer segments.
• Prioritizing growth opportunities and risks. Ensuring internal coordination and collaboration to maximize the use of available resources.
• Developing and maintaining strong working relations with key customers to support current and future product objectives with customer-focused field activities (F2F visits, round tables, local and international congresses, advisory board meetings, collaboration with patient advocacy groups etc).
• Anticipate future trends in disease management and market environment which are likely to affect the performance and potential of the product.
• Identifying opportunities to introduce and implement projects, piloting innovations, programs directed to patient’s benefits.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the job:
• University degree in Science and/or degree in Business (Marketing/Business Studies & MBA preferred);
• Fluent Estonian and English;
• Disease and market understanding to develop customer insights through appropriate techniques/tools;
• Expert insight into the local healthcare systems and their impact on key influencers;
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and anticipate future trends in disease management and market environment which are likely to affect the performance and potential of the product.
• Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability to effectively lead and coach sales teams, scientific/medical professionals, business colleagues, at all skills and knowledge levels;
• Superior interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
• People Management experience, strategic insights, skills to work in a competitive environment;
• Deep understanding of drug development, approval and profiling processes;
• Excellent understanding of Estonian regulatory standards and processes, as well as relevant ethical and legal guidelines.
