As Global NTO Safety Label Changes Process Owner (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the governance, efficiency and effectiveness of the NTO SLC process to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. You will be the key position in the cross-functional end to end process scenario.. You will define the SLC process tactics, goals, objectives, KPls (Key Performance Indicators), and the measures that are aligned with the organization strategies.

Your key responsibilities
• Perform process analysis and determine critical process parameters/ steps and their effect on the reportable milestones of the process.
• Pro-actively monitoring process performance against milestones and desired versus achieved.
• Drive continuous process improvements and process optimization to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in context of changing internal and external goals and expectations.
• Ensure the compliance of the NTO SLC process, defining strategies for monitoring and escalating.
• Ensure, in collaboration with IT and GDD departments, the SLC process and related monitoring requirements are reflected in the IT tool.
• Provide leadership guidance and communication strategy on planning, monitoring and escalating the implementation of SLC milestones to facilitate SLC process compliance.
• Single Point of Contact for NTO functions responsible for, or involved in, the end-to-end PSB SLC process providing leadership, expertise and guidance on the relevant aspects of the process.
• Ensure NTO related data for Audits and Inspections are available, and deliver reporting for the PSMF (Pharmacovigilance System Master File).

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role
• Higher or business relevant education preferably in the area of quality, compliance, regulatory, artwork/packaging design or supply chain.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), further languages a plus.
• Experience with regulatory labelling management or artwork management within the pharmaceutical industry and with project management.
• Experience with working in global environment.
• Management experience of both direct management and matrix environments
• Cross‐functional experience (e.g. Regulatory Affairs, QA, Marketing).
