As Global NTO SZ Countries Artwork Process Owner (m/f/d) you will be the end‐to‐end process lead in Global Artwork for business processes in Sandoz Countries, focusing on sustaining and identifying process improvements to safeguard continuous and compliant supply. You will be driving implementation of, and adherence to NTO Global Artwork processes, ensuring standardization across divisions and functions.

Your key responsibilities
• Accountable for implementing, maintaining and sustaining the process standards for Artwork in close collaboration with other Novartis Technical Operations (NTO) or non NTO departments such as RA, NCQ, and country based functions as well as the Global Operating Centers, providing high quality, artwork expertise.
• Ensure process harmonization and avoid drift in the artwork coordination and management in Sandoz countries, working in collaboration with local artwork functions, NTO packaging sites, Global Operating Centers and the relevant ESO teams.
• Manage and resolve issues and questions from the artwork network related to the operational implementation of global procedures, with a focus on compliance and delivering business outcomes. Single Point of Contact for Sandoz countries.
• Support Head Global Artwork in all aspects of strategic alignment, continuous improvement, process reengineering, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and process governance.
• Lead and drive the update of artwork processes in response to regulatory changes and new business requirements to ensure continuous supply and full compliance with internal and external requirements, working closely with the other artwork process owners to assess the impact on other product portfolios and business units.
• Assess the impact of merger and acquistion activities on artwork, with a focus on faciliating supply and achieving the right levels of integration.
• Manage the artwork network, pro-actively identifying opportunities for best practice sharing and collaboration with a focus on Sandoz countries.

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role
• Higher or business relevant education preferably in the area of quality, compliance, regulatory, artwork/packaging design or supply chain.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), further languages a plus.
• 5+ years experience with regulatory labelling management or artwork management within the pharmaceutical industry and with project management.
• Experience with working in global environment.
• Management experience of both direct management and matrix environments.
