45 000! is the number of people with multiple sclerosis or severe migraine in Switzerland. Our Neuroscience portfolio includes market leaders in migraine and multiple sclerosis, plus 2 exciting launches in 2021.

The Neuroscience Omnichannel Lead will be responsible for developing and managing innovative omnichannel strategies and tactics within the Neuroscience (NS) Franchise. Generating relevant content, covering all channels (including F2F) and ensuring the right mix of F2F and digital touchpoints with HCPs.

Your Responsibilities:
• Build and lead a cohesive team of internal and external resources to develop and manage the NS Franchise Omnichannel and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Medical and in-Field teams in pursuit of objectives, planning and analytics. Act as close partner to the Strategic Portfolio Lead, National Sales Manager and Medical Therapeutic Area Head, including the co-design of strategic and tactical plans.
• Drive and prepare the omnichannel roadmap and implementation playbook (incl. content building blocks and touchpoint journeys) across the portfolio and their operational plans, to ensure optimal reach as well as deep and sustainable impact
• Oversee conception and development of campaign assets portfolio, as well as their execution. Ensures the optimal balance between internal and external focus, push & pull activities. Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of the activities with analytics; proactively proposes improvement measures when relevant, e.g. searches and proposes alternative channels to approach customers
• Manage internal communication around NS omnichannel strategies & tactics incl. progress. Manage ambiguity, ensures stakeholder alignment and their clear understanding of the project goals, scope and execution plan
• Responsible for planning program life cycle and enhancements to new and existing omnichannel programs; works independently and can collaborate across divisions and functions, e.g.. IT, vendors, compliance and variety of stakeholders and partners for assigned project
• Partner on webinar platforms to improve virtual capabilities within medical, congresses and multiple engagement channels including social media and online networks
• Identify and leverage omnichannel and digital best practices internally and externally (competitors and other categories/industries) to improve NS Franchise execution. Ongoing user research / feedback with assessment vs competition to drive agile enhancements to the initial launch product

Minimum Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, including 2 years with Omnichannel & digital approach as well as people management experience
• Excellent track record in delivering commercial results paired with a strong customer and consumer orientation
• Excellent collaboration skills – ability to partner across suppliers, internal functions and other regions
• Knowledge of relevant digital tools and key trends in e-commerce market dynamics as well as in-depth knowledge of key digital marketing levers
• Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken), French is an advantage
