2021 is an exciting year for Novartis as we accelerate our growth in the digital space!

The Director, Omni Channel Field Enablement is responsible for coordinating 360-degree customer center strategic direction, operational support and technology enablement to deliver a compliant and high-quality customer experience across all Omni channels.

In this position, you will execute the overall cross-divisional customer 360 initiative that explores into the modern-day customer interactions virtually or F2F (i.e. free text, chat, approved emails and digital) to understand the customer influence and behavioral KPIs. As well as, have a strong handle on the flow of syndicated data in commercial Pharma, data reporting and growing number of all customer touchpoints that are critical for driving tactical and strategic customer 360 vision!

The position will have a deep understanding of CRM processes and data requirements to develop customer 360 strategy that support the insights provided to the business.

This opportunity is located at the Novartis East Hanover site, and will not have the ability to be located remotely.
