We are hiring four Digital Program Manager positions in US Oncology to lead digital program approval and launch of all external digital assets, coordinating with medical, legal, regulatory, IT, and privacy, completing digital functional reviews, and preparing final FDA submissions. The positions require business strategy and technical knowledge across a very broad portfolio of digital programs.

This opportunity is located at the Novartis East Hanover, NJ site, and will not have the ability to be located remotely.

What you will be responsible for?
• Lead digital program readiness reviews in FUSE (MLR) meetings ensuring functional integrity
• Launch of all digital programs within a designated brand portfolio
• Attend internal and agency meetings to ensure feasibility of proposed digital programs
• Ensure program adherence to all applicable US Working Process Documents (WPDs), and Digital Guidelines
• Ensure that US Novartis Oncology websites and digital programs are developed and maintained to best in class standards
• Provide program status to ensure schedules and deadlines are being met
• Continuous learning and curiosity for new digital innovations and their application to our digital strategy
• Strong Collaboration with brand/medical teams and Enterprise Digital Strategy teams, platforms, media, optimization and analytics

Minimum Requirements

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
• BA/BS required
• 3+ years’ experience working in digital marketing is required
• Curiosity to explore new and innovative digital solutions and platforms
• Background and experience in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, consumer package goods, financial, etc.) preferred
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate and influence across a matrix organization
• Demonstrated prioritization, and organizational skills as well as the ability to work on complex processes, procedures or solutions
• Administrative management skills - planning, organization, operational decision making and analysis
• Demonstrated experience in working with others to achieve organizational objectives including the ability to anticipate and adapt, own and or/work group tactics to support changing business needs
• Demonstrated strong skills in oral and written communication, project management
