Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Builds long-term trustful partnership with RKA’s, expand the relationships with the existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meets their needs and objectives. Obtains assistance from key account senior functions by understanding the commercial environment and by establishing close work relationships.
• Acquires a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Analyzes the market situation including competitive intelligence activity on key accounts and key competitors.
• Identifies and provides feedback on commercial threats and opportunities through market changes via ongoing market analysis and field audits.
• Contributes to the mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling and provides accurate and timely data for the Sandoz CRM system. Sets prioritization for clients and defines investment plans accordingly.
• Leads the yearly planning exercise, ensure on-time development and preparation of annual negotiation strategies and individual tactical plans via alignment of the targets and resources given by OTC and Rx business units.
• Prepares and negotiates contracts, implements the agreed strategy and tactical plan to reach commercial goals including distribution, sales, market share targets and other predefined performance objectives.
• Partners with OTC and Rx business units to develop specific educational, promotional, merchandising activities. Ensures proper communication of business statuses, problems and initiatives to all internal functions and business units involved.
• Evaluates efficiency of realized activities and carries out initiatives to maximize commercial performance. Strict control over sales and discount forecasts and customer allocated budgets.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Min. 5 years of sales, sales management or commercial experience.
• Extensive knowledge of customers’ business models, detailed understanding of brand, trade marketing and distribution elements, also the financial components.
• Agility to handle customer relations in a complex environment, understanding all partners’ needs.
• Strong analytical, customer orientation and project management skills.
• Experienced negotiator and persuasive ability. Excellent communication skills including cross-functional collaboration.
• BA/MSc degree
• Proficient Hungarian and English (written & spoken)
• Driving license
