General responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
• Ensure that supply plans are created at site level which incorporate production plan and logistics plan & ensure that the production plans are accurately reflected in the systems
• Optimize deployment of inventory to ensure target Customer Service levels are achieved
• Implement, manage and continuously improve performance in Supply Chain KPIs from procurement to delivery
• Support the US Supply Chain team objectives across the end-end supply network for all products and materials. Providing project and compliance status reporting and updates
• Collaborate with the function managers to implement business process improvements and changes where applicable. Including authoring, reviewing and support of adherence to local and global SOPs.
• Responsible for providing appropriate Supply Chain representation of Quality and Compliance matters; including resource allocation to quality events, impact assessment on site change controls and review/approval of Quality documentation (deviations, CAPAs, risk assessments, Change Controls, supplier complaints, escalation/FARs, APR).
• Ensure Supply Chain excellence in the AAA Millburn and Indianapolis Site
• Supply Chain lead for internal audits and external regulatory inspections.
• Responsible for ensuring Supply Chain audit readiness and allocating Supply Chain resources to support audit requirements.
• Responsible for the supply risk management process in the site level
• Ensures the optimization of the logistic platform including warehousing (internal and external), distribution, and transportation for Millburn and Indianapolis
• Support managing the development, negotiation and implementation of contract agreements with suppliers and (where applicable) in collaboration with Global Procurement
• Support managing and controlling Millburn and Indianapolis supply chain budget and expenses
• Lead cross-functional team projects

Note: The position requires travel to New Jersey (one week a month) until the new site is completed within one year.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Nuclear Medicine Technologist. MBA is preferred.

• 7+ years of relevant experience in similar role
• Ability to travel to New Jersey (one week a month) until the new site is completed within one year.
• Basic, working knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain business processes within the GMP regulated industry including planning, order fulfilment, capacity, materials and supply planning, master data and life-cycle management
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP).
• APICS certification or equivalent
• Highly organized with strong orientation process / project management orientation
• Ability to facilitate conversations and drive towards decisions
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Demonstrates strong personal ethics and responsibility to purpose
• Experience with quality management systems.
• Knowledge of current Good Documentation Practices and Data Integrity principles in a cGMP setting.
