Sales and Development Coach

Your key responsibilities:
• Identification of training needs by conducting interviews, focus groups, tests, field visits.
• Preparation of training plans and programs in accordance with the needs and current strategy of the company.
• Conducting training for employees, incl. training in remote promotion, digital communication channels and remote coaching.
• Coaching.
• Close cooperation with Marketing and Medical Departments in the area of creating and implementing promotional strategy and promotional materials.
• Responsibility for the correct onboarding of new joiners and associates changing positions in the sales structures.
• Ongoing cooperation and support to NSMs and FLMs.
• Monitoring external market trends.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role, essentials:

• Higher education
• Min 3 years of professional experience as a Coach/Trainer
• Experience in working with the sales force teams will be an advantage
• Very good command of the English
• Experience in working with modern technologies in the field of remote education and communication
• Passion for working with people, commitment and openness to new challenges
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environment
• Independence and proactive attitude will be an asset
