E2E Planning Manager (m/f/d), NTO Supply Chain, Ljubljana, Slovenia & Schaftenau, Austria

Up to 10 years! The End-to-End Planning Manager drives network supply, optimizes inventory, and ensures demand completeness, accuracy, and stability within the tactical (0-3 years) and strategic (3-10 years) horizon for finished product through strategic raw materials. Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Implement and maintain product parameters across the network to drive replenishment and resulting inventory at decoupling points and in markets based on product segmentation and configuration guidance
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and stability of finished product net requirements across portfolio
• Define, implement and monitor supply and capacity performance across the network of technology assets within the tactical horizon
• Project and monitor inventory across the entire supply network within the overall ‘cradle to grave’ SCM
• Supply escalation management, and supply risk analysis within assigned product portfolio
• Driving pipeline lead time improvements within the supply network in conjunction with the brand lead to optimize supply risk management and overall inventory values
• Providing conditions for and control of the implementation of HSE tasks and requirements in the Unit
• Create supply & demand scenarios in alignment with technology platforms and BU's to ensure best possible use of our production facilities while keeping inventory at an optimal level

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University degree in life science, engineering, business or relevant experience, Master of Business Administration (MBA) is an asset
• Excellent command of English with a second language preferred
• Minimum 3 years relevant professional planning experience ideally gained in the pharmaceutical, Bio-Pharma or similar industries across various disciplines
• Good communication skills
• Ability to operate in a global matrix environment
• Sound experience in working with SAP

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 63.389,06/year (on a full time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
