Job Description

Job Purpose:
-Local Brand Managers OR global/regional/local sub-function experts within a certain marketing sub-function
-Determining product strategy and implementing supporting tactical plans and projects in agreement with local government and global marketing department

Major Accountabilities:
- Developing brand strategy, promotional campaigns and tactical plans within the limits of the marketing budget
- Prepares content for integrated Brand and Release Teams - Runs market research programs and Market insights for responsible brands and monitors/predicts market development
- Agreed on tactical plans to drive brand growth
- Leading the cross-functional local/regional brand team, (including the Integrated Product Strategy Plan) and monitoring the implementation of objectives
- Leading the development of promotional activities in accordance with internal SOPs and code of ethics.
- Tracking and controlling brand budgets, forecasts and expenses to evaluate cost effectiveness and results, and evaluating the product's marketing mix.
-Identifies market space insights and opportunities through customer interactions
-Implements central and regional initiated marketing activities
-Monitors product performance and external environment, using appropriate tools and, if necessary, taking corrective actions to achieve business objectives
-Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations
