Job Description

• Ensure that GMP requirements defined by MOHs and Novartis Quality Manual are completely and effectively implemented.
• Comply with Novartis Data Integrity policy & rules and Novartis Privacy declaration & procedures.
• Establish Quality Culture and awareness.
• Be an inspiring leader for the team.
• Contribute to saving projects in order to reduce costs, improve new projects and help to complete Quality Operations related projects.
• Ensure and implement all aspects of Quality, Occupational Health, Wellbeing, Safety, Environment, Emergency Management and Business Continuity according to Novartis Policies / Guide Lines / Operational Procedures and Legal Regulations for responsible area / unit / operations, and contractor operations.
• Handling of Customer Complaints and Deviations, BR Review and Batch Release, QA oversight&walkthrough system.
• Responsible for the Quality business process according to NOSSCE Class A principles.
• Achieve KPIs with regard to quality, cost, people and delivery.

Minimum Requirements

• University degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• Min. 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry (quality assurance, quality control, registration or production)
• End to end process-oriented personality
• Advanced communication skills in English is a must
• Ability to make correct decisions under time pressure
• Driving for results with limited resources
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and relevant GxP and distribution process
• Strong people management & leadership skills
