Job Description

According to company CSO sales strategy and policy, set up territory business action plan, make target decomposition
 Make the market development plan, POA, allocate sales target for districts to ensure that the implementation of company sales strategy and all products strategies.
 Develop territory distributor and negotiate with distributor, breed provincial level key distribu-tor and sub-distributor network, ensure business network extension and rational layout after territory distributor integrating which is based on the territory real situation and DP distributor evaluation criteria.
 Responsible for the Company KPIs: sales target achievement, distributor inventory level, suc-cess rate of tender
 Functional report to head of channel innovation & Marketing, work with CM ensure the KPIS from top to down
 Build up long term partnership with key distributors, actively explore new cooperation model, provide analysis and suggestions for innovative business models, and enlist distributor con-tribution to the maximum
 Provide sufficient compliance training and other business guidance be fully implemented
