As a Senior Scientist I in the Translational Medicine PK Sciences Bioanalytical Labs group, you will have the opportunity to make a difference. If you have a collaborative nature, a commitment to teamwork across an organization and a relentless focus on improving patient care we want you to apply.

In this laboratory-based scientist role, you will apply your hands-on expertise to the design, development, qualification and implementation of bioanalytical assays for pharmacokinetic (PK), pharmacodynamic (PD) and immunogenicity (IG) studies across all phases of the drug discovery & development pipeline.


Your main responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, qualify and implement bioanalytical assays for PK, TK, PD and ADA assessments supporting various modalities such as biologics, oligonucleotides and cell and gene therapy platforms using a myriad of analytical techniques.
• Deliver high quality data within defined timelines and aligned to current industry expectations.
• Complete study sample analysis and draft the bioanalytical report in support of project requests.
• Represent the bioanalytical function on project teams to present results, data interpretation, timelines etc.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate emerging bioanalytical technologies and solutions to support challenging project requests
• Provide instruction and technical training to other scientific staff for flow cytometry and cell-based assays.

Minimum requirements

What you bring to the role:
• M.S. or B.S. in biology, chemistry or biochemistry with minimum 3 years of industrial lab experience Good knowledge of Immunology and/or Cell Biology is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with the development of flow cytometry, cell-based and ligand binding assays with an understanding of a broad range of bioanalytical platforms.
• Proven ability to be a self-motivated team player able to thrive in a dynamic matrixed working environment
• Excellent presentation/communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to author study reports and interpret bioanalytical data
• Work proficiency in English (oral and written)
