Job Description

Lead to develop pricing strategy for OBU(Oncology business unit) products in Japan and be a pricing technical expert within the group and organization

Your responsibilities:
/Responsible to develop pricing strategy of disease area/brand with collecting external insight from brand-lead and payer side
/Lead pricing strategy implementation with brand lead
/Execution pricing plans for securing pricing and market access of oncology portfolio through an extensive development and analysis of value propositions in line with brand objectives and healthcare system change
/Quantify risk/opportunities and action to inform new drug pricing decision
/Assess pricing opportunities/threats and forecast future NHI prices of listed products for budget and strategic planning. Develop contingency plan, arguments to minimize the impact of re-pricing and leverage opportunities
/Ensuring cross functional include global alignment and obtaining appropriate internal endorsement for product pricing
/Developing the pricing and reimbursement submission dossier and lead the pricing and reimbursement negotiations with MHLW
/Support the brand lead to complete Market Access Strategy in terms of pricing strategy part and healthcare policy change
/Support the products use from the remuneration system perspective, when needed
/Contribute to discussions on in/out-licensing, LOE strategies from the point of view of pricing and access
/Participate at relevant professional and/or industry associations to gain external insight
/Lead internal education in terms of pricing and healthcare system to the other functions
