Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Lead the planning, design, development and delivery for data solutions (including platform and applications) in alignment with design and architectural standards and business requirements.
• As MDM Engineering lead, day-to-day responsible for coordinating, planning, problem solving and helping to implement all MDM requirements to achieve integration and business results.
• Oversee grooming - i.e. Creation and write the Use Cases in JIRA. Managed issues with the design/mappings /user stories during sprint grooming and execution phase by negotiating across all components (EBX/API/Boomi/Data/BA) team, Technical Architect and Technical leads to ensure quality and customer specifications are meet. Pushing for timely decisions on key issues and providing true accountability for action items and deadlines.
• Manage day-to-day point of contact for all things related to integration, removing impediments and establishing the overall integration protocols. Bridge between Testing and development teams to ensure impediments are removed and sprint defects are fixed on time and deployed to avoid delays during testing. Attended defect triage calls for Releases and closely work with teams to identify testing defect category with priority (excludes IDL/Data set up issues), owners and closures.
• Understand each Jira user stories and implementation by vendors for all components in different environments. Performing SIT to ensure technical requirements are properly followed down to systems and to improve code quality and fix technical design/functional issues ahead of time.
• Executed SIT testing for Sprint MVP’s where in multiple challenges/issues related to data /code/environments/functional gaps were fixed closely working with all the teams (Data/EBX/API/BOOMI/BA) to ensure all scenarios can be successfully showcase during sprint demo. Also extended support to create data in case of non-availability.
• Releases and deployment on QA and Production environment - Worked closely with all component teams and platform leads to ensure all pre-requisites required for quality checks are closed within a defined timeline with necessary sign-off, release notes, CRQ& deployments documents and PQM approvals. Demo and handover of release work to OPS team across all components. Ensured smoke testing is carried out to bring new environments stability with all critical functionality and integrations are working.
• Also extended support to Scrum master in sprint planning, release schedules, highlighted few gaps and help him in setting up few processes and prioritize work items to improve velocity of team. Ensured that work is not impacted by managing scrum activities during his absence. Closely worked with BA’s and Scrum master to get overview of MVP/Scope for current sprint and future sprints to track and ensure all planned MDM requirements closed ahead of Go-Live.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or information technology discipline; an advanced degree and related accreditations a plus.
• At least 10+ years IT experience in a highly qualified function such as senior IT Leader, Enterprise Data Management and Master Data Management transformation. Includes: architecture, design, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Minimum of ten years of hands-on design and implementation experience in IT (solution requirements / design, data Management solution delivery) leveraging various cloud technologies
• Designed and established data delivery capability for a large enterprise data management that includes: data catalog, metadata management, master data management, data governance, platform and business solution/products, data quality services, data operations.
• A proven track record in managing high performing information technology global teams that are culturally diverse in matrix organizations.
• Excellent negotiation skills, Comfortable in matrix, Capability to think strategically
• Business fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
