In the role of Strategic Business Partner - Customer Engagement for Technology Transformation (TT, previously IT) in Sandoz USA, you will be given the opportunity to enable digital transformation and to work with senior Commercial business leadership in Sandoz USA to develop tech enabled business strategy and turn it into actionable initiatives.

You will have the opportunity to shape and drive the Sandoz digital transformation for Sandoz USA, in close collaboration with Sandoz Digital team partners as well as local Commercial business leadership.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Promote technology, data and insights solutions, that get to the heart of our biggest business challenges, making it easy for our customers to do business with us, and putting patient access at the center of everything we do
• Deliver clear understanding of cost, risk, time and ROI to assist business teams to make the best decisions
• Bring the Sandoz generic mindset to life - being focused (doing what matters), decisive (doing things efficiently) and smart (using resources efficiently)
• Understand the processes, plans, objectives, drivers, and issues related to the business capability, as well as the appropriate external policies and regulations.
• Identify and qualify new demand with overall responsibility for steering proposals through the early phases of approval
• Participate in establishment of budgets and investment proposals and obtain sponsorship and funding
• Use technology (e.g. for CRM, salesforce effectiveness, territory management, order and contract management) for better customer engagement and patient outcomes
• Ensure the introduction of new / modified services happens in a planned, controlled and timely manner to minimize disruption and improve benefit
• Provide TT consulting to the capability partners, educate them on TT processes and methodologies and drive adoption of global solutions
• Facilitate project kick-offs contributing to the success of a project team
• Take accountability to ensure consistency with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Bachelor’s degree in business/technical area or related equivalent, Advanced degree a plus!
• 6+ years of experience with IT development /project management
• Commercial business area exposure
• Experience with agile (e.g. Scrum), and/or waterfall project methodologies
• Experience with Salesforce/Veeva solutions preferred
• Expert understanding of solutions / technology for respective area
• Strong business consulting skills; customer relationship skills
• Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, fluid, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team

Desirable requirements:
• Previous Pharma experience
• Experience in leading outsourced near-shore and / or off-shore teams across multiple locations, geographies and cultures
• Digital Transformation exposure
