Maintenance Engineer Production Site
1 of 4 platforms​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ of the Novartis Oncology Bold4Cure Strategy, and 1,100 associates are working globally in 12 Countries. As Maintenance Engineer Production Site you will operate the site's Cyclotron in accordance with established and engineering operating practices and procedures, follows timely the trending of available parameters and performs preventive and corrective interventions to support the best possible production outcome.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Identify key compliance issues and suggest suitable solutions and determine, together with expert units involved, measures to eliminate safety and GMP problems in the technical sector
• Manage resources to ensure both retrospective and prospective qualification of engineering installation
• Maintain documentation and preserve know-how regarding engineering procedures/sequences
• Organize maintenance to ensure conservation of value, availability of the machines assigned
• Act as contact engineer for the machines assigned, ensure appropriate management and development of the subordinate employees
• Support internal and external audits
• Compile regulations and principles
• Ensures equipment operates to required HSE, Quality, Environmental and Reliability standards

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Spanish
• Good project management experience
• Collaborating across boundaries
• Experience managing performance improvement
