As part of the Novartis CTS Conexts Consulting (Dublin) leadership team, the Lead Consultant role will focus on the people side of change, including changes to organisation structures, business processes, systems, and technologies, with an emphasis on human centered change and the design and delivery of complex organizational change programs. You’ll create and deliver strategies and plans to help our Associates to maximise the adoption of new programs and ways of working by honing methods of effective and sustained behavior change. Major Accountabilities


- Lead and implement change initiatives related to assigned change programs in Novartis
- Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with Novartis Change Management methodologies.
- Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training as required
- Oversee team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning and acquisition.
- Lead/facilitate meetings with colleagues to ensure an understanding of the Novartis culture, and become a role model for these values through your behaviors and actions.
- Provide direct support and coaching to front-line program colleagues as they help their direct reports through transitions.
- Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure successful adoption of the enterprise business transformation ‘making change stick’.
- Prepare program sessions independently, ensure transparent and timely communication with your program teams and with third parties, ensure deliverables are ready, in high quality and delivered timely to the right stakeholders.
- Programme, Project and Team management and Coordination. The role holder will be responsible for business and change coordination within assigned programs e.g. managing workstreams, providing project execution and planning support, following up on action items.

Minimum Requirements

Ideal Background

- 10-15 years experience including significant consultancy experience
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in science, engineering, business administration or economics; Master’s degree in change related subject matter, behavioural economics, psychology, (change) digital analytics preferred.
- Further qualifications is a recognised change methodology and practice is preferred e.g. Bridges' Change Management Framework, Kotter's OCM Methodology, Lewin Change Model, McKinsey 7-S Change Model, Prosci Change Management Methodology (ADKAR)
- Experience, and proven ability to manage, team with and motivate stakeholders of widely varying backgrounds across a dispersed and matrixed organization
