-Represent IT to the business or IT groups receiving services, ensuring that expectations for IT services are met. -Identify and qualify new demand and assist with steering proposals through the early phases of approval; help establish budgets and investment proposals and obtain sponsorship and funding. -Ensure the introduction of new / modified services happens in a planned, controlled and timely manner to minimize disruption and maximize benefit. -Create the detailed IT solution/service design, based on functional specifications, to meet quality and performance requirements and technical constraints. -Develop, build, configure, customize, and unit test solutions based on the functional and technical specifications to meet quality and performance requirements. -Work to integrate services horizontally across organizational units, and manage interfaces between Service Delivery projects. Partner with the P&O function in addressing their complex business challenges by maximizing effectiveness -Work alongside implementation partner to plan, design, configure & test key functionality as part of deployment -Participate in on-site & off-site workshops, align closely with Project Managers P&O Process Owners to gain deep understanding of end-to-end process & associated business requirements -Define, build & implement enhancements to HR/P&O processes & structures that will improve the P&O function’s alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results -Review & troubleshoot integration, Triage & solve issues, Application support/ tweaking the written code -Own/Participate in the following key activities: Release Management, Regression Testing, Tenant Management, Data Upload and Major Outage/Communication/Updates & Incident Management -Manage Application Life Cycle services with WD -Hands-on experience with Workday Business Process Framework, Studio & Report Writer, Workday Studio Developer Hands-on experience with Workday Business Process Framework with the hands-on configuration and troubleshooting experience Workday expertise/certification in at least two modules such as Core HR, Security and Prism/Adaptive Insight areas Experience integrating SAP with Workday using ShapeIn
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline 8+ years of IT experience, knowledge of the HR function and processes is must 1 end-to-end projects, with at least one leading a workstream for a module or 1-3 years of support experience in Workday configuration and implementation. In this role, you will assist the team to implement the project and help out with the transitioning from the current setup of SAP HR Experience in all phases of technology implementation lifecycle (req gathering,design,build,go-live, testing) Experience leading requirements gathering workshops, facilitating meetings Ability to interact at all levels of the organization & to manage work, lead as necessary and mentor team members & to do business consult independently and take decisions. Strong problem solving, troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement Experience as a Client of Workday through a Implementation.
