We pursue amazing talent in Denmark and Norway. This position is not fixed to a specific location at the moment, but Novartis is committed to hiring this position in the country of preference (Denmark or Norway) of the successful candidate.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Leading patient journey process and structure across Franchises in Nordics
• Map the best-proven patient journey solutions and create a overview of solutions that is fit for purpose. Work on the standardization of the customer offer, based on the product lifecycle and patient journey phase
• Support BF to identify the best solutions to solve the specific problem. Master tool and capabilities to map patients journey, identify pain points and connect to solutions
• Improve solutions. Accelerate ‘Repeat and Improve’ quality of local customer initiatives, re-assemble and re-apply with internal and external capabilities
• Support 3rd Party selection and help achieving speed and scale with solutions to implement. Drive partnership screening and prioritization around-and-beyond-the-pill.
• Develop KPIs set and monitoring/tracking tools. Interpret Key Performance Indicators and analyze results to propose solutions for broader implementation.
• Strongly interact with multiple stakeholders; internally (Business Franchises, digital, legal and compliance, procurement) and externally (other companies, vendors).
• Drive and lead one particular area (for example Referrals, Capacity, Telemedicine) across all Franchises in the Nordics

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• University degree (scientific, economic and business degree). Advance Degree in Life science and/or MBA a plus.
• Local language and fluent in English
• 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing strategy and solutions that address key customer needs and creates a distinctive customer experience
• Previous marketing, sales, market access experience
• Strong stakeholders management
• Practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies
• Deep experience in agile ways of working
