This new opportunity plays a critical and visible role in engaging and building relationships with future Novartis colleagues for current and future positions across Novartis in EMEA.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• In partnership with Lead Recruiters and Hiring Managers deeply understand the technical requirements of job opportunities, functional details, and the value of the role to the company and to future colleagues.
• Guide hiring managers on supply and demand of talent through the use of market intel tools to support data lead hiring or sourcing decision making.
• Identify, engage and activate passive candidates through Boolean, LinkedIn, specialist channels and innovative search techniques for active and longer term talent needs.
• Use the in-house CRM to cultivate and build talent pools for current and longer term hiring.
• Make data-driven recommendations on targeting talent.
• Participate in digital marketing campaigns to demonstrate activity of passive talent.
