Your responsibilities:

• Define and drive the CTS Japan change agenda across key CTS-enabled programs
• Drive the implementation of change interventions of the CTS Japan change agenda. This will include stakeholder assessments, change leadership alignments, coaching, trainings and change workshops
• Collaborate with global CTS program change teams, the Japan Communication Team, the Japan CTS P&O Head and the Japan CTS Strategy and Operations Lead
• Build partnerships with the (CTS) Country Leadership Team and local program teams to ensure a holistic view of Japan change landscape
• Build and lead the community of CTS change agents in the Japan
• Conduct frequent change effectiveness monitoring and change readiness assessments and leverage insights to enhance the CTS Japan change agenda
• Identify and manage change risks and define appropriate mitigation activities
• Support change communication activities

Key Performance Indicators:
• Japan change effectiveness
• Business value capture from our key CTS-enabled programs, based on required local changes (depending on respective programs, e.g. operating model, processes, technology, culture)
• CTS employee engagement
• CTS client satisfaction
• Quality of relationships with relevant Japan leaders (CTS and Business)

[Number of associates] No direct reports. Integral part of the CTS COUNTRY Leadership Team.

Impact on the organization:
• Significant – the role entails working with senior management (CTS and Business entities).
• The role holder will interface directly with global CTS program change leads as well as diverse business stakeholders

Decision making:
• Drive change management related decisions as part of the CTS Japan LT

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• 5+ years’ experience driving organizational change projects
• Org development, change management, coaching, communications and/or P&O background
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as solid presentation skills
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
• A highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
• Ability to influence others(Sr. leadership) and move toward a common vision or goal

Education:
• Graduate or postgraduate degree
• Certified coach preferred
• Further education in change management, organizational development

Language(Required):
•Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
•Advantageous to be fluent in Japanese (written and spoken)

Functional/technical know-how:
• Strategic and operational change management
• Systems thinking
• Coaching
• Design and facilitation of change interventions
• Project management
• A solid understanding of how people and systems go through a change and the change process
