Job Description

50! Up to 50 solid small molecule projects are being managed by the Launch Excellence Team working closely with Technical Research and Development (TRD). All this projects are aimed at making a difference in patient’s lives. We are searching for a global project team leader with profound technical understanding who will manage development technology transfer activities to manufacturing sites up to submission and launch.

Your key responsibilities
• Ensure that newly launched product has a robust process and meets requirements for process capability and provide launch specific know-how and capabilities.
• Act as NTO SPOC from product allocation through launch, and ensures handover to supply chain. Works closely with all involved functions (Technical Development, site, ESO, Supply Point Decision (SPD) etc.) to support launches ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Ensure appropriate NTO input into the global team and local site team to support the successful transfer of robust products and processes.
• Owner of all launch related activities, e.g.: technical feasibility assessment for Supply Point Decision, process transfer, site readiness for launch campaign start-up.
• Participate in stage gate reviews and global development and launch teams and provide input into overall project strategy and plans including timelines and proposes solutions and create processes, procedures and templates for launches.
• Elaborate scientifically sound technical strategies, develops contingency plans, identifies hurdles,
• Contribute to the life cycle management of the product. Provides support for TLCM projects and product improvements.

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role
• University degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry or equivalent scientific degree. Desirable Msc or PhD. or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in English. Additional languages desirable.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the following areas: production, QA/QC, pharmaceutical technology, pharmaceutical development, project management.
• Strong solid dosage form technology understanding.
• Good understanding of cGMPs, industry and regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Thorough understanding of product processes.
• Strong project management skills communication and interpersonal skills.
