Job Description

Job purpose:
To develop strategic relationship with identified key accounts. Support Healthcare Solutions Head in developing and implementing innovative solutions to address customer pain-points & unmet needs by leveraging cross-functional expertise among Novartis Turkey.
Engage with hospital leadership to build strong relationships and coordinate the relationship between the customer and Novartis TR.
Build deep customer expertise, and bring the breadth and depth of Novartis capability to the customer where needed.

Major Accountabilities:
• Support Healthcare Solutions Head to foster customer-centric culture across organization and help to maintain a mindset-shift to evolve the new model of working with strategic accounts
• Manage and maintain strong partnerships with strategic accounts
• Develop deep understanding of customer insights to create partnership opportunities
• Lead the strategy and interaction of communication and projects with internal & external func-tions/ stakeholders
• With an enterprise mindset to clearly understand Novartis priorities at the country level and lead the development & alignment of account strategies across franchise by driving holistic, customer-centric action plans which are focused on delivering customer outcomes
• Lead innovative and scalable solutions based on customer needs identified by matrix teams
• Conduct annual account segmentation to re-evaluate strategic accounts
• Ensure engagement activities are in compliance with guidelines and regulations
• Manage effective grand budget across the top accounts.

• Development and implementation of value-based solutions with Key Account customers
• Strategic relationships with pre- defined Key Accounts that deliver current and future business oppor-tunities
• Development of a customer-centric focus within the Novartis teams working on Strategic Accounts.
• Overall alignment of cross functional teams and any resources from other functions with the Strategic Account agenda
• Feedback from key stakeholders from strategic accounts
• Define and track performance of solutions that served to accounts.
