The Novartis Knowledge Center (NKC) requires a forward-looking information professional with strong business consultancy skills to support the Novartis organization with their critical information needs.
This role will be responsible for key client stakeholder relationships and user engagement to ensure the services NKC deliver meet the needs of the Novartis organization. Furthermore, the role will require development of strategies to evolve the services and staff to meet the future demands of our industry.
Major Accountabilities:
• Manage customer advisory boards and develop relationships with core local teams and stakeholders to better understand how our services are being used and can be developed further
• Accountability for execution of any initiatives for the information solutions function within your global location
• Responsible for on-boarding new associates and for supporting information education activities relevant for your site
• Work with key stakeholders to understand their current and future information needs to identify areas where the NKC or other CONEXTS teams can help meet these needs
• Address any customer issues and problems quickly to retain high customer satisfaction
• Work with business teams to help integrate external information into custom solutions
• Support service managers with service improvements
