Corporate Manager Equity Rewards, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic

90+ is the number of countries where our new Employee Share Ownership Plan will be introduced to allow our associates to identify with Novartis longer-term strategy and culture.
To implement Rewards plans, processes and policies for a dedicated client group (single business area, e.g. ComOps, TechOps) in support of the overall Rewards effort to provide competitive and cost-effective Rewards practices for a dedicated client group.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinate requirements and implementation with payroll teams, vendors and local P&O contacts
• Coordinate, manage plan communication campaigns for the countries
• Set out system requirements (HR Core, Workday, tax vendor, share plan administrators Fidelity and Equatex)
• Monitor Tax & Legal Due Diligence results with tax vendor and NVS constituents
• Manage the country roll-outs incl. P&O and business stakeholder management
• Provide support in the events of any employee representation involvement and management as required
• Liaise, coordinate with Group FRA and local FRA teams

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University degree (by preference Economics, Finance or Law)
• Global project manager experience, good understanding of rewards practices
• 1-3 years working experience in equity plan management or equity plan administration
• • 1-3 years working experience preferably in Rewards /Finance, preferably in complex, international corporations
• Proven analytical and decision-making skills and ability to work with diverse cultures

Desirable requirements:
• Developed stakeholder engagement skills or strong interest to further develop in this area
• Strong interest in digital optimization and customer experience

You’ll receive:
