As an Associate Director of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) Data Operations, you will be responsible for setting scope, defining requirements, implementing the CDP solution, and operationalizing the same. You will collaborate closely with centralized marketing technology, customer analytics, and customer engagement or orchestration platforms to enable use cases in the CDP to ensure a durable, scalable competitive advantage for our business. You will be the strategic owner of the CDP, directing a team that provides architecture, implementation, and operational support.

Minimum Requirements

What will you bring to the role?

• Education: Bachelor's Degree is required in business, science, engineering or related field or relevant area, advanced degree preferred
• 8 + years of proven experience in the marketing technology space: implementing digital data platforms/solutions, developing APIs/systems integrations, and/ or developing reporting analytical solutions; experience within Pharma advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Tealium, AWS, Snowflake, Airflow, SAP Gigya and SFMC.
• 12+ years of demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, directly leading data or business teams for business impact, with experience of collaborating across the organization to create integrated solutions
• Having defined and delivered at least one enterprise-wide data strategy in an organization of a similar scale and complexity, with specific responsibility for its technical delivery.
• The ability to lead cross-functional marketing and technology teams, advocate for MarTech with an understanding of modern digital channels e.g. TV, Display advertising, search engine marketing, content marketing, email, and social media marketing.
