Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1.Lead cross-functional team to develop innovative business model in broad market through widely search of internal and external best practice, new initiatives across industries.
2.Design broad market business model based on in-depth marketing understanding and insights, including portfolio strategy, market access strategy, promotion strategy, external platform, tools and systems.
3.Set clear KPI ,timeline ,tracking feedback and evaluation mechanism to ensure project
4.Understand customers’ insights and online persona and build a relationship with key external stakeholders
5.Independently manage key stakeholders or collaborate with related functions to manage external stakeholders regarding national level policy analysis, trend forecasting, lobby strategy, etc.
6.Manage internal and external resources of broad market, including x-functional team, 3rd party parterres, platforms and associates.
7.Set up CSO management model , Overall CSO project monthly sales forecast and sales data analyze to identify the business opportunity
8.Responsible for 16 CSO pilot provinces sales in order to better identify the capability training needs
9.Successfully complete annual strategic plan and other strategic projects
