Project Coordinator & Budget Planner – Novartis

Provide administrative support and purchasing expertise to ensure the timely provision of services for effective and efficient maintenance

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Deals with complex administrative and organizational assignments independently and takes care of general administrative tasks. Involved in strategic planning processes.
•Informs, advises and supports the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines services that are specific to the department. Accommodates customer’s specific needs. Work processes in own area of responsibility: Initiates new processes or modification of processes and coordinates the introduction of new or modified processes.
•Acts as project coordinator/manager for administrative projects (design, planning, implementation, communication, etc.)
•Mentors temporary employees or apprentices or assumes a limited project coordination/management role. Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met through high levels of customer service. Effectively manage service vendor to ensure an on time deliverable system. Flexibility and ownership of the overall operations.
•Responsible for Franchise portfolio budget, ensuring budget accuracy. In collaboration with marketing, CMM and FF team provides the investment planning to finance and manages critical issues by taking appropriate solutions. Maintains internal control of processes with regard to good receipt, purchase orders and process invoices Provides other budget analysis and technical and analytical support to allow operations
•Participates to Tactical Plan & Project supporting Marketing team, Customer Marketing team and the other business partners involved. Serve as well as liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders. Supports new product launches with on request activities.
•Coordinates project’s process flow where involved to ensure deadlines are met and budget is respected; Successfully overseeing projects coming from different sources within the franchise
•In accordance with Franchiese’ strategic objectives and processes, sets a governance model and planning. As P3 ambassador role, advises and supports the whole team on processes, guidelines and services which are Franchise specifics

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Degree, preferably in Scientific field
• Minimum 1 years of experience, preferably in a similar role
• Fluent English
• Strong digital and analytical attitude
• Strong SAP and Microsoft Office knowledge
