Cell & Gene Therapies by nature don’t have documented histories yet, but the impact we have on patients & families is immense. As leaders in this space, the CAR-T Account Manager will be responsible for creating their own blueprints and operate in a level of ambiguity that is different from traditional pharmaceuticals brands.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• As a coordinator of various internal and external stakeholders, the role will focus on providing our innovative treatment opportunities to our core patients
• Build and execute area strategies focusing on our product’s certified facilities (requiring marketing skills)
• The role will create therapeutic opportunities by conducting area analysis and developing new target accounts while collaborating with our operations team.
• Lead and coordinate site open activities with cross-functional teams (Site training on adverse event management, apheresis/cell conditioning, supply chain activities)
• Build trusted relationship with the site’s stakeholders as a leader of CAR-T therapy.
• Manage on-site processes to ensure CAR-T therapy is efficiently delivered to identified patients
• Responsible for building and managing appropriate patient referral networks for each certified facility (building area network strategies)
• Lead a unconventional, customer-centric, tailored approach whist working across various internal functions. (project management)
• Grasping customer's voice for the establishment of registries and RWE and appropriately provide feedback to the Medical Team.
• As a hub of certified sites and referral sites, establish a medical environment that can provide CAR-T cell therapy through smooth patient referral.
• Collaborate with Hematology franchise and other functional areas to deliver accurate information to customers.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• A University level(bachelors) degree/Advanced degree in business, bioscience, or related field a plus
• Fluent Japanese
• An entrepreneurial mindset.
• A tendency to think strategically and act (operational excellence).
• Able to operate in ambiguity and adapt to change while developing new solutions, through strong problem solving skills.
• Demonstrating ability to be creative / think “outside-the-box”.

Desirable requirements:
• Additional experience in the following areas will be valued 1) Matrix management 2) Brand / Account Management 3) Medical device
• Business Level English preferred
