Program Overview
The Novartis Oncology ‘JUMP’ leadership program (Join and Unleash My Potential) was created to offer future leaders a unique learning experience through a professional development journey tailored for you.

It’s an exciting time to join Novartis as we aim to spark a digital revolution, embracing digital technologies, advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to help drive innovation and improve efficiency.
Spanning multiple countries over a 2+ year journey, each rotation of the program will last 9-12 months, giving you a chance to work within different Novartis businesses and functions across Europe.
With each rotation, in line with your background and interests, you will be assigned cross-functional and interdisciplinary projects to lead, with increasing responsibility and continuous exposure to senior leaders.

Personal mentoring from a senior leader

Individual coaching and support

A supportive network to guide you as you move through the program offering monthly feedback sessions, lunches and after work networking events

Minimum requirements

You have completed/are close to completing your Master’s degree in Business Administration
• You are willing to push yourself out of your comfort zone both functionally and geographically and to challenge the status quo
• Languages: fluent in English (written and spoken) is a pre-requisite, other European languages are an asset
• You demonstrate genuine interest in the pharmaceutical industry and are excited to discover and learn about different functions and roles within Novartis
• You have exceptional interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
• You are a team player and an agile learner
• You are available to start your journey with us in September 2021
