The Director, PSS Product Management, Patient and Practice Solutions is responsible for creating and managing the product roadmap and lifecycle for a new portfolio of digitally-enabled products and services for patients and healthcare practices. He/she will also build the capability to get on-going feedback from those users to inform key features, functionality, and overall product roadmap. This candidate will need to approach product management through frequent, agile iterations that continuously deliver more value. This unique position manages a team of direct reports in collaboration with key stakeholders from across the technology, franchise teams, operations, analytics and other teams across the enterprise.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Create and manage product roadmap and development lifecycle for key tech solutions targeted for patients, practices and other external customers
• Build capability to get on-going feedback from patients / practices to inform key features, functionality, and overall product roadmap
• Define roadmap – epics and features – and manage them through entire lifecycle
• Use analytics, testing, research and competitive analysis to build product roadmap, design user-centered products and measure product success
• Approach product management with a spirit of frequent, agile iterations that deliver more value continuously
• Oversee team that develops business and technical requirements for our external customers
• Create strong partnership and collaboration with external partners – e.g., SalesForce, AWS, Google, etc.
• Actively partner with PSS franchise teams/analytics team to determine KPIs, data sources, and measurement tools that will provide insight for clients; drive measurement plans and solutions

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred

Required Experience:
• 10+ years of product management experience in healthcare
• 8+ years of progressive business experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with broad understanding of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, reimbursement and patient services
• Managing products that combine digital and human experiences into something that delights the user
• Designing and launching a new product
• Integrating third-party data and services into a product
• Knowledge of electronic commerce, CRM, reimbursements and payer systems, healthcare protocols and US healthcare system processes
• Takes a problem-solving approach when faced with challenging or difficult situations
• Effective leadership skills, including change management on projects/programs
• Experienced in establishing and cultivating relationships; able to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and partners across the organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple projects and tasks
• Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions and implement recommendations for resolution
• Uses diverse and varied approaches to persuade, negotiate and influence operational decisions
• Travel as required
