The PK Sciences team at Novartis has an exciting internship opportunity.

The intern will support drug development via clinical pharmacology aspect.

Description: The project will cover various projects including preclinical and clinical pharmacology studies including but not limited to the following aspects:

1. Investigate in vitro and in vivo correlation for renal transporter inhibition (based on in house and literature data)
2. Understand the preclinical and clinical brain penetration evidence for brain metastases indication
3. Perform or participate the PK modeling and simulation, strategic planning on including adolescence in the tumor agnostic study for capmatinib
4. Support PTM to understand the clinical pharmacology components in drug development

Minimum requirements

• PhD or MS student in pharmaceutical sciences or Pharm D with emphasis on pharmacokinetics, ADME, biopharmaceutics, or related sciences.
• Hands on experience with modeling tools a plus.
