The Production Support Technician ensures that all components are adequately supplied and kitted to adhere to the production schedule along with handling media related activities within the ISO 8 area.

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Logbooks entries are clear and complete; ensure accurate SAP inventories are maintained for all components and ensure Batch records are reviewed and corrected in a timely manner.
• Proper status segregation and storage of media lots.
• Timely response to all module requests and support the maintenance of an “audit ready” state of the ISO 8 Area
• Batch Records are properly kitted and staged based on production schedule.
• ISO 8 area has ample supply of non-inventory items; including all gowning materials in the ISO 8 area are maintained to adequate levels.
• Kanban system is utilized to ensure FIFO
• Equipment cleaning is performed as required
• Ability to work different shift, weekends and overtime will be required. Your shift will be fixed according to business need

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Education: High School Degree or GED equivalent.
• Fluent in speaking / writing in English.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in cGMP/FDA regulated industry. (Warehouse experience preferred.)
• SAP knowledge (Preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills along with problem solving and follow-up skills are required.
• Must be well organized, flexible and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Alternate shifts, weekends and overtime will be required.
• Requires handling of chemicals such as corrosives, solvents & bio-hazardous materials.
