Disease Area Specialist, Hematology – Málaga

6! You will be one of six people working within Hematology franchise in Andalusia.
Disease Area Specialist is responsible for the execution of business plans and account plans to meet business goals for an assigned territory and to drive territory sales performance as well as working in partnership with physicians and other clinical decision-makers, to establish effective medical solutions to achieve the best outcomes for patients.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Leverage a 360° perspective of the disease, territory, the hospital, competitors and the regional healthcare environment, understanding how and by whom decisions are made and Novartis products are used.
• Develop and apply understanding of customer organizations and networks as well as of the variables that affect customer decisions (e.g. peer-to-peer relationships).
• Execute call plans for customers; ensure that calls are targeted to the right person to deliver the right message with the right frequency, in accordance with the NCSM.
• Deploy and use approved Marketing and Sales promotional materials and programs and run direct promotion programs.
• Use expert knowledge of Novartis products and of the range of therapies to build close professional customer relationships and support sound clinical discussions.
• Collaborate with Market Access Teams to facilitate the access to the innovation in hospitals and regions.

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University Degree
• Fluent Spanish; Intermediate English
• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical hospital; Onco/Hematology sector would be a plus
