As part of an innovative multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering Artificial Intelligence & Automation services for Robotic & Cognitive Center of Excellence. You will align regularly with various stakeholders across the organization to contribute, shape and deliver defined elements of the Automation Strategy and innovation agenda. You will innovate and deliver capabilities keeping them current and relevant to a rapidly changing business and industry context as well as reporting on progress on projects/programs.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Partner with different Business and IT function(s) to evangelize Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Robotic Process Automation tools.
• Understand business areas/processes and drive adoption of future demand for Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning & Automation services
• Collaborate with Business Partner organizations and setup Discovery/Design Thinking workshops to help identify and prioritize demands and support the roadmap strategy
• Support execution of AI/ML/Automation projects, integrated planning and interdependency management and support the lifecycle of the BOT’s.
• Monitor Automation queries/issues/incidents and manage the escalations with appropriate operational groups
• Support / Evangelize that Automation standards, global policies, processes and guidelines are followed across all models
• Support audit preparation, participation and remediation

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role (Requirements):
• B.S. in Computer Science or related field
• 5 plus year demonstrated business and technical expertise
• Demonstrated experience in influencing/managing stakeholders in a global organization
• Experience in rapid innovation and building new capabilities and teams.
• Experienced in digital service design and introduction in large and medium enterprises.
• Experience with leading discovery sessions and analyzing Business requirements with strong Customer focus

Desirable Requirements:
• Understanding of Pharma industry context, underlying business processes and systems; including RPA/AI/ML
• Product management experience with AI/ML and Automation services preferred
• Exposure to Design Thinking and working in Agile teams
• Past consulting experience would be beneficial
