Job Description

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Business Franchise Planning: prepare Business Franchise(s)'s brand wise Strategic Plan, Budget, Latest Forecast and Latest Outlook in collaboration with commercial, medical, market access teams.
• Member of Franchise Leadership Team for supported Business Franchise(s), actively involved in the strategic decision making for the Franchise and driving results through financial evaluation of proposed projects and planned or actual data, resource allocation with clear recommendations incorporating relevant business insights.
• Support Business Franchise(s) and managers in the formulation of their business and financial plans. Fully understand key business issues and drivers, including headcount and propose costs that feed those plans.
• Represent Finance within the Business Franchise(s) to design business processes which are in line with internal control requirements and provide financial education to the business partner
• Lead the month closing process from BPA perspective by working closely with FSC during the month-end to ensure reporting accurately represents actual performance, provide heads-up financial reports to CFO, produce transparent management reports for Business Franchises and functions (sales, brand P&Ls, costs) are populated on time, prepare the monthly actual management reports.
• Own and maintain Local and Global BPC for Baltics by ensuring that system setup is always reflecting existing business reality continuously monitor and validate data in the system, make sure that relevant actual and planning data is submitted. Liaise with FSC and global teams when changes have to be implemented. Ensure that Genie is capturing correct data from BPC.
• Anticipate, prioritize and proactively manage ad hoc requests from for analytical insight. Combine and interpret customer, market and financial insights to drive clear, analytical decision-making and resource allocation across the business.
• Reduce bureaucracy and add value and efficiency through buffering, filtering, bundling requests.

Minimum requirements

• 2+ years relevant financial business experience in an international corporation
• Good communication and presenting skills with high impact in English
• Excellent analytical ability
• Result focus with high integrity
• Passion for the business side beyond pure finance perspective
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Background in a scientific, pharmaceutical or consumer goods company is an advantage
• International experience working in multinational teams is a big advantage
